My hope for this blog listing is that I will be able to help out individuals who are seeking to create a healthier life style for themselves. Recognizing that different individuals have different means available to them to seek results, I am making options available while striving to maintain a level of fairness to those I will be working with as well as myself.
Option 1: My blog weekly workout. Each week I will post a new workout, incorporating strength training moves to benefit all parts of the body. I will also frequently be posting general nutritional and exercise information.
Option 2: Online personal instruction. For individuals who are self-motivated but need more specific and tailored instruction based on their life style or lack of ability to achieve goals in the past, I offer personal instruction in which I will be able to tailor a program to individual needs. Through this program I will offer some personal health and wellness tests to help me evaluate your fitness level, design flexibility, cardio, and strength training programs, and offer bi-weekly advice and check-ups on how your program is working for you, plus availability to be reached at any time for questions or concerns via email. This option is available for only $30/mo.
Option 3: In-home personal training. This option is best for individuals seeking to be their personal best or for individuals who lack motivation on their own. As I am located in Springville, UT, this option is unfortunately not available for everyone. For those near the Utah county area I will travel to your home anywhere from 1-3 times weekly to give you personal training from the comfort of your own home without worrying about the time it takes to pack up and go to a gym. Many people think that training from home requires expensive equipment, but I can teach you how to do it affordably with things that many people already have available to them. In addition, this option provides the benefits of having on-site CPR and first aid care, as well as the benefits of having a trained profession guide you through your exercises to achieve maximm results from each move. While many personal trainers ask up to $75/hr to train you from your home, I ask only $30/hr (can be an additional charge for longer travel times) in order to help cover travel expenses as well as upkeep and maintenance of any equipment I may bring along with me to train you.
***Before working on a one on one basis with me, I would like to either meet or talk via email or phone with any individuals wishing to train under me. This is in order to ensure that as a trainer and client we are a good fit and you will be able to completely achieve your goals, and to ensure that it will be physically safe to begin a training program at that time.
